Update–General Electric whistle-blower being poisoned/ gassed to death

A sweet smelling gas is being released into my home since this morning. It is making me dizzy. I can smell where it is entering my house. It is coming in from a ceiling gap above a fan,. There is a hole there which is uncovered and this leads to the electric plumbing.
Mr. Brackett Denniston – I again ask that GE relocate me to a safe house immediately.

I woke up today about 1.5 hrs ago and could smell some chemical being introduced into my home. I have noticed the chemical smell earlier too in the early mornings.
Yesterday, a motorcycle overtook my car in a dangerous fashion when I was on my way home at around 9 pm just before the Defence Colony flyover.
About 10 days ago, an unoccupied taxi and a motorcycle drove dangerously close to my car on Vinay Marg near Nehru Park around 8 pm.
I am being followed and may be harmed on the road.

About an hour ago some toxic gas was introduced into my home. It made me suddenly dizzy, light-headed and weak. Some strange sounds can be heard from the second floor of the building I live in.

Some chemical fumes/ gas have been introduced into my home in the last 2-3 hours. I have complained that my home has been rigged. These toxic substances are very likely being introduced from the second floor of the house where I live. I have accused one Norwegian woman called Kari and a sikh man called Rajdeep Singh of complicity in doing this. Sometime back, there was l…oud thumping music playing on the second floor. I have heard this kind of music when Rajdeep Singh was present on the second floor.
It appears that Rajdeep Singh might be present on the second floor again today.
I have suddenly developed a sore throat and a lump in my throat with cough and mucus. There is also some irritation to the eyes.

Some gas is being released into my house for the last one hour or so. This is the same gas being released earlier this morning and last night.

This is causing headaches and nausea.

Once again since last night and during the day today some gas is being introduced into my home.

I also state that some drug was added to my food/ drink in the last three days. This was either added to tea that I had in the Delhi High Court canteen or to lunch (rice and curry) and badam milk that I had 2-3 days ago from a food stall within the Delhi High Court premises.

The intent seems to be to prevent me from pursuing Civil Writ Petition No. 1280 of 2012 (Seema Sapra vs. General Electric Co. and Others) filed by me in the Delhi High Court.

Some gas is being introduced into my house since last night. It is being introduced this morning as well.

I spent the entire night in the Maurya Sheraton Coffee shop on 1/2 March 2012. I saw the persons stationed in the lobby through the night to keep a watch on me. There were four persons in all.

I was offered a large glass of juice at around 4 am. Earlier in the night, a waiter wanted to serve a can of coke that I ordered opened. I insisted on getting a sealed can. It appears that these were attempts to drug/ poison me.

There will be CCTV footage of the Sikh man with another man who I saw in the lobby at around 2 am. I made it clear to these men that I knew why they were there. After that these two men left. They were replaced by a man with albino skin who was later talking to a woman. I recorded these two persons.

I have asked Maurya Sheraton to preserve the lobby CCTV recordings for this night.

I went to Maurya Sheraton because I was afraid that I would be harmed/ drugged since my matter was before Court on 2 March 2012.

In the morning I decided to take a taxi. I went to my car parked in the Maurya Sheraton car park. it was covered with dust both outside and inside. I only picked up some papers but the dust gave me an immediate allergic reaction. This was not normal dust but appears to be a toxic substance.

I am an attorney in India who worked with General Electric in 2010 and made several whistle-blower complaints. I have been repeatedly drugged over the last year and a half and attempts have been made and are still being made to poison me. Please read my posts here and at http://seemasapra.wordpress.com/

I have filed legal proceedings in the High Court of New Delhi asking for directions from the Court that the Indian government authorities take action on my whistle-blower complaints and disqualify and black-list GE from the Indian Railways diesel and electric locomotive tenders and that GE employees and government officials involved in corruption and fraud be investigated. This matter was listed as Civil Writ Petition no. 1090 of 2012 before Justice Hima Kohli on February 23 2012. The Hon’ble Judge directed that the matter be re-numbered and re-listed as a Criminal Writ Petition. Accordingly the matter is listed tomorrow (February 27, 2012) as Criminal Writ Petition No. 294 of 2012 before Justice Mukta Gupta in the Delhi High Court.  

Especially since January 13, 2012, toxic gases including nitrous oxide and other chemicals (fumes) are being introduced into my house where I live alone. This has happened earlier in the past year as well and had then made me ill. However I had fully recovered.

Last night (i.e., February 25/26 2012) some gas/ toxic fumes were being introduced into my home. This appears to have happened during the night as well. I have evidence that my house has been rigged to allow the introduction of toxic substances. I have smelt chemicals and nitrous oxide in my house. I have woken up from sleep as if waking up from a drugged sleep. It appears that I am being harmed by the introduction of toxic gases/ fumes even while asleep. This would be the cause of my waking up at night breathless.  

My repeated complaints to the Police in India have met with no response. I have asked the United States government for help and protection but so far have had no response. The compliance complaints I made against General Electric can be established by documentary evidence. These establish the commission of United States federal offences by executive level GE employees, by GE Officers and by GE attorneys. My complaints about these offences are the reason for the threat to my life and the harm being caused to me is a direct result of these US federal offences.

The threat to my life emanates from US citizens who work for GE and live in the US. The nature of the threat that I face suggests the use of trained professionals/ assassins for hire. One or more of the following individuals has ordered my murder. These powerful persons who are caught up in my complaints and who stand to lose from the truth being established include the following:

Dr. Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission, Government of India is also implicated in my corruption complaints about GE in India. 

I have appealed to the United States Government, the FBI and other US law enforcement agencies to protect me as a whistle-blower and a witness to and victim of crime sponsored and ordered by US Citizens living in the United States. The threat to my life emanates from the persons I have named above. I have made several complaints against these persons accusing them of United States federal criminal offences (and of offences under Indian municipal law) which if investigated and prosecuted would not only cost these persons their jobs, their reputations and careers but would also result in criminal convictions and criminal penalties including prison sentences. GE whistle-blower (former in-house Counsel) files writ petition in Delhi High Court

I have today moved the Delhi High Court in a civil writ Petition filed against the Indian Railways and General Electric seeking investigation of the fraud, forgery and corruption I have reported. I have impleaded as Respondents – the Union of India through the Prime Minister’s Office, the Central Vigilance Commissioner, the Police Commissioner, the Chairman Railway Board, General Electric Co., GE India Industrial Private Limited, GE Global Sourcing India Private Limited, Mr. Jeffrey Immelt, Mr. John Flannery, Mr. Alex Dimitrief, Mr. Brackett Denniston, the Central Bureau of Investigation, Siemens India, Bombardier Transportation India Limited, Alstom Projects India Limited, EMD Locomotive Technologies and BHEL.

I have filed copies of internal GE documents and other documentary evidence establishing fraud, corruption, bribery and forgery.

I have asked the Court to direct investigation of my whistle-blower complaints and to direct that General Electric be disqualified from the Diesel and Electric Locomotive tenders and be blacklisted for tender fraud and corruption in accordance with law.

I have asked the Court to direct that I be provided full protection and be immediately relocated to a safe house.

I have asked the Court to direct that the complaints made by me to the Police about attacks against my body and person, (including my having been drugged, poisoned and exposed to toxic substances) and about damage to my property and home and about threats and intimidation be investigated in accordance with law

I found my car tyre punctured when I came out of Court. Given that nothing that has happened to me over the last year and a half has been a coincidence, I can only wonder if my car tyre was intentionally punctured.

I returned home and at present once again some gas/ fumes/ toxic substance is being introduced into my home.

For the last few days I have been personally covering my car with a car cover when I park it for the night. I covered my car yesterday evening as well and parked it behind my house in an area that is locked at night and supposedly has a security guard (who has been used to target me). This morning I found the cover had been removed. Clearly the message being sent to me is that the targeting and harassment will continue.

I was followed today again. This was made obvious to me.

I write to bring to your attention a whistle-blower complaint that I made to General Electric stating that facts relevant to GE shareholder lawsuits filed/ pending in the New York District Court, SDNY had been supressed. I am an attorney based in New Delhi and my life is in danger because of this and other compliance violations I reported.

General Electric attorneys and two Gibson Dunn attorneys covered up the suppression/ tampering of evidence I reported. I brought the matter to the attention of the SEC and the Department of Justice. I brought the matter to the attention of the Plaintiffs’ attorneys. I sent documents to Berman DeValerio. I made General Electric aware of my having contacted the Plaintiffs attorneys. Berman DeValerio then broke off contact with me.

On January 5, 2012, I contacted (via email) attorneys including Mr. Greg Danilow representing General Electric. On January 12, 2012 (late evening IST and forenoon EST) I called and spoke with Mr. Ron Keating from Berman Devalerio. He told me that Judge Richard J. Holwell had reserved his decision on GE’s motions to dismiss. I then called and asked to speak with Mr. Brackett Denniston and with Mr. Greg Danilow. I was unable to speak to either. Therafter I called the Deputy to Judge Richard J. Holwell in the forenoon of July 12, 2012. I told Mr. William Donald and Mr. Brett Kaufman that I needed to provide information to the Judge about obstruction of justice and evidence tampering concerning the lawsuits against General Electric. I was asked to send this message on fax. I stated that I could only do this the next day and asked for an email I could send the information to. I was not provided an email contact by Mr. Brett Kaufman on January 12, 2012.

I spoke to Mr. William Donald again in the forenoon of January 13, 2012. He gave me email contacts and I sent a message for Judge Richard J. Holwell on these emails on January 13, 2012. Thereafter I followed up with other emails providing more information and supporting documents.

I have not heard back from anyone on these emails. I called Judge Richard Holwell’s chambers on January 17, 2012 and spoke to Ms. Yuan Ji. She informed me that Judge Holwell had been given my emails.

I find it surprising that Judge Richard J. Holwell pronouned his decision and order on General Electric’s motion to dismiss the very day I contacted his office. I spoke to Mr. William Donald and Mr,. Brett Kaufman in the forenoon of January 12, 2012. I also spoke to Mr. Ron Keating of Berman DeValerio just before that. No one told me that the matter was listed for pronouncement of the decision. I do not believe that the pronouncement of the order by Judge Holwell in the afternoon of January 12, 2012 was a coincidence. I am certain the record will show that a decision was made to pronounce this order after and because of my having contacted Judge Holwell’s Court. This was done so that the Judge would not have to consider the information I wanted to provide in writing. Judge Howell appears to have dismissed some claims.

The information that I have provided about facts relevant to these shareholder class-action lawsuits would have impacted the order pronounced by Judge Holwell. This information would have provided documentary evidence in support of the claims that Judge Holwell has dismissed on January 12, 2012. Further, this information demonstrates culpability of GE attorneys and supports my complaint of suppression of evidence, evidence tampering and obstruction of justice.

I also point out that the Plaintiffs’ attorneys I contacted and shared detailed information with had an obligation to use this information in support of shareholder claims as these are class-action lawsuits. By withholding this information from the Court, these attorneys breached their ethical and professional responsibility. In addition, my life was placed in danger by withholding witness protection from me.

Judge Richard Holwell has recently stepped down from the bench. Once again, this is not a coincidence. I state that evidence will show that this decision was made by Judge Holwell because of the emails I sent him and also posted on the internet.

Judge Holwell’s actions were motivated and intended to favour General Electric and keep the grave charges I have made against General Electric off the judicial record. These actions violate the rights of GE shareholders whose claims have been dismissed.

I face a grave threat to my life in India. I will provide emails sent to Judge Holwell, emails sent to Plaintiffs’ attorneys and to GE’s attorneys. I just returned home after five hours and was feeling perfectly well outside. Yet inside my house, my eyes are watery. There is some gas being introduced into my home. It was introduced last night as well. I woke up with a headache and with watery eyes and dizziness.

Yet again some kind of gas is being introduced into my home to poison me. This is giving me headaches and is making my eyes heavy.
I did not have these symptoms when I was outside. There is material evidence that proves my house has been rigged to facilitate the introduction of toxic substances.
My car was again tampered with last night. Some kind of sticky substance was smeared on the steering-wheel. This has happened earlier as well.

Some toxic gas continues to be introduced into my home. This has been going on all day and is going on at present. The levels are enough to cause headaches and respiratory symptoms.

Update: February 11, 2012 at 12.12 pm:
Some gas/ fumes are being introduced into my home intermittently. This is happening today as well and it happened yesterday. I am getting headaches and my eyes are getting affected. The evidence that my house has been rigged to allow introduction of toxic substances is available.
My car has also been tampered with sometime in the last few days. Both yesterday and the day before, I noticed that the steering wheel appeared wobbly and the car seemed to have unusual acceleration.

I have today sent the following message to Mr. Brackett Denniston, General Counsel at General Electric:

Mr. Brackett Denniston,

Some gas is being introduced into my home today. When I was outside I felt fine, but inside my house my eyes and head start to feel heavy.

I have evidence that my house has been rigged to introduce toxic substances.

I again request that General Electric remove me from my present residence to a secure location. I also request that General Electric arrange for a toxicology medical check-up and arrange to provide me medical treatment for organ and physiological damage caused because of deliberate exposure to toxic substances with intent to cause injury.

Please convey this message to the Board of Directors of General Electric.

Today i.e., February 7, 2012, some gas was again being introduced into my home intermittently throughout the day and evening. I could smell it. This has resulted in coughing with phlegm. Plus it was affecting my eyes and making me dizzy and light-headed. These symptoms were accompanied with a warm flush as well.
Toxic substances continue to be introduced into my home.

I am an attorney in India who worked with General Electric in 2010 and made several whistle-blower complaints. I have been repeatedly drugged over the last year and a half and attempts have been made and are still being made to poison me. Please read posts below. I have among other complaints, also complained that General Electric employees tampered with a customer certificate issued by Kazakhstan Railways and submitted an unauthentic document to the Indian Railways on July 12, 2010 as part of GE’s request for qualification for an Indian Railways tender for manufacture, supply and servicing of 1000 locomotives. The details and documents can be found here. I told GE lawyers who investigated and eventually covered up the forgery about some crucial emails that I sent on July 10, 2010. These can be found here.

I have also complained that General Electric employees were in regular contact with some Indian Railways officials and often this contact crossed the lines of what was permissible and legal.  Pratyush (Prat) Kumar and Ramesh Mathur, GE executives were in regular contact with an Indian Railways official in the electrical division (Mr. Ved Mani Tiwari) who was looking after the Madhepura electric locomotive tender. Mr. Ved Mani Tiwari was clearly assisting and favouring General Electric during the tender process. This contact between GE executives and Mr. Ved Mani Tiwari amounted to corrupt and prohibited conduct under the tender. I am uploading here emails relevant to this complaint, please read

I also complained that GE in 2010 had engaged the services of Mr. Vinod Sharma, a former Indian Railways official and advisor, and this was expressly prohibited by the tender documents and amounted to a corrupt practice that would disqualify and blacklist General Electric.
